Text: Acts 20:24. But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself so that I might finish my course with joy and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God. (KJV)
From the scripture above it is obvious that Apostle Paul made it clear that he has only one assignment as a minister called and sent by the Lord Jesus to preach one gospel which is the only Gospel he has received from Jesus Christ. And the gospel is the Gospel of the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
That tells us that Christ will only send anyone to preach him. No wonder Jesus said for you to deliver anyone, don’t push his head to fall down because falling and risen will not deliver anyone, do not put them on any prescription either to drink olive oil called Anointing oil by men or fast for a number of days with midnight prayer, etc. No! That is not deliverance. In John 8:32 & 36. Jesus said the preaching of Him to the captive sets them free… because Jesus is the truth and His word are true because He is His word – John 14:6 / John 1:1-17.
This is the acid test that reveals a true preacher. I have heard so many people saying I preach the Bible and that is it. You cannot preach the Bible, why? The Bible is not a message. The Bible is not mentioned in the Bible and no one from the Bible ever read from the Bible. Jesus did not tell us to preach the Bible, the Apostles never preached the Bible. The question is who are you following? Who told you to preach the bible?
The scriptures in the Bible came as an inspiration of God
The Bible is not the Word of God it only contains the word of God. In the Bible Satan spoke, Demons spoke, Men spoke, Pharisees and Sadducees, angels, including the donkey of Balaam an animal spoke and they are all captured or written in the Bible. Can we say everything in the Bible is the Word of God? That is a big NO!
Of no doubt, the scriptures in the Bible came as an inspiration of God received by Holy men and put together for our learning, instruction in righteousness among others. Romans 15:4(Kjv) – For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 2 Timothy 3:16 (KJV) – Yes that is very correct as written above. Some are for reproof while some are for correction and above all, some are for learning while some are for instruction in righteousness.
That is what is the major practice. What sustains righteousness. ok. Let us apply each scripture in their categories as explained here. All are not what we will practice but only if it instructs towards righteousness that Christ has given us then we are permitted to do. 2 Corinthians 5:21.
What is the Gospel of grace or what is contained in the gospel of grace? The only element that makes a gospel that of the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ is that it talks about the suffering and the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is based on the finished work of Jesus Christ.
See it here. This is the line of the gospel of Christ according to the teaching of Apostle Paul – 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJV) – Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
Meaning if it is not about Jesus Christ it is not the gospel of Grace but another gospel – Galatians 1:6 (KJV) – I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:
Please run away from another gospel because it will remove you from grace to self-effort. If it self-effort you will be struggling to work out your salvation and that will make you enter into bondage instead of the rest that Christ has prepared for us to enjoy freely in Him. – Gal 5:1
It is Christ himself that works in us to establish our salvation. Do not read Phil 2:12 out of context. Reading verse 12 without verse 13 is out of context. Because the word of God said in verse 13 that verse 12 will be impossible without God working it out within you. Hallelujah. See it here – Philippians 2:12-13 (KJV) – Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which works in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
Let me show you a few Scriptures on the core message of the disciples who took over from Jesus Christ immediately after his ascension to heaven. And I believe we are to follow after their footsteps not that of Elijah or Elisha or Moses etc.
And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ. Acts 5:42. Talking of the Apostles here
Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them. Acts 8:5 – And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God. Acts 9:20, Still Apostles message here
Opening and alleging, that Christ must need have suffered, and risen again from the dead; and that this Jesus, whom I preach unto you, is Christ. Acts 17:3. Here is Apostle Pauls’ statement
Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him. Acts 28:31. Apostle Paul Speaking
Apostle Pauls’ Messages on the Gospel
The following are messages preached by the Apostles led by Apostle Paul in all the cities and places they went while expanding the gospel and founding churches.
Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ. Romans 15:19
Now to him, that is of power to establish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began, Romans 16:25
But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumbling block, and unto the Greeks foolishness; 1 Corinthians 1:23
What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel. 1 Corinthians 9:18
Now if Christ is preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? 1 Corinthians 15:12
And if Christ has not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. 1 Corinthians 15:14
For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us, even by me and Silvanus and Timotheus, was not yea and nay, but in him was yea. 2 Corinthians 1:19
Furthermore, when I came to Troas to preach Christ’s gospel, and a door was opened unto me of the Lord, 2 Corinthians 2:12
For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake. 2 Corinthians 4:5
For we stretch not ourselves beyond our measure, as though we reached not unto you: for we are come as far as to you also in preaching the gospel of Christ: 2 Corinthians 10:14
Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; Ephesians 3:8
What then? Notwithstanding, every way, whether in presence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice. Philippians 1:18
Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: Colossians 1:28
Whereunto I am ordained as a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity. 1 Timothy 2:7
Wow! Can you see that Jesus was their message? They were not preaching Goliath, not calling fire down like Elijah or devouring innocent children by the spirit of Elisha. They were not teaching the laws of prosperity or marital secret. It was pure gospel and that was the reason why they recorded great miracles, signs, and wonders which are now so scarce among us today
Christ loved us and gave Himself for us – 1 John 3:19, John 3:16-18.
We must preach this love and make all to walk in this love for that is his commandment to us – Matt 22:36-40, 1 John 3:23-24. He is the one we must listen to and obey and follow not any of the messenger sent before Him. Like Moses, Elijah, Elisha, etc. None of them was able to die for us or saved us but the Son of God did it halleluyah!
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? – Rom 8:35 (KJV).
That is why we must preach the gospel so that everyone one relates with God through Jesus Christ base on Love! Paul’s said “Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;”– 2 Cor 4:1 (KJV).
And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life – 2 Cor 3:4-6
Please know today in case you did not know that every believer is a minister of the New Testament not of the Old Testament. Let this sink into your mind and please this is the basic truth a believer must know at salvation point. This also implies that Christ will never send anyone to preach the Bible to you outside what has to do with the New Covenant He has established for us.
The Old Testament is an old way of living and the New Testament is the new way of living or worship ordained by Christ. Hebrews 10:19-20 (KJV) – Having, therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
Hebrews 8:6-8, 13 (KJV) – But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises. For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.
For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.
Christ is only revealed to people when you preach about him. He reveals himself through his words. – But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour”; – Titus 1:3. That is the way to develop people in the Faith of Christ that has the capacity to deliver and set them free without doing another thing – Romans 3:22 – Even the righteousness of God which is by the faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
Galatians 2:20 – I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Galatians 3:22 – But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
Philippians 3:9 – And be found in him, not having my own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
So sad that a lot of ministers have a long time left this assignment into other areas of their own interest and with the aim of merchandising the gospel and enslave believers of Christ to raise lifestyle for themselves. – Paul wrote to the Galatians Church that “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:” Gal 1:6.
There are many kinds of Gospel but I choose to stay with the Gospel of Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ I don’t know of you. Because it is simple – 2 Corinthians 11:3 – But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
Romans 12:8 – Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
2 Corinthians 1:12 – For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward.
Now when you see people who are turning the grace to effort, ministers that are merchandising the gospel or not teaching Christ, such kind of people Apostle Paul said we owe them no honour – 1Ti 5:17- Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. And such people we must do run away from – Heb 13: 7 – Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation
1 Thess 5: 12 -13 – And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labor among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you; And to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. And be at peace among yourselves.
Gal 6: 6 – Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
You cannot stay around such people because they have put themselves under the self-curse so said, Apostle Paul. Galatians 1:6-9 (KJV): I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preaches any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
The statement of the Gospel.
Our Gospel must be based on Jesus Christ. It must be Jesus centric or Jesus cantered if we are preaching the GOSPEL of CHRIST – Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: 1 Cor 15:1-3.
That is the lineup for the Gospel.
Our Gospel, if it is of Christ, must point people to Jesus and look to Him alone. Whatever is not in line with the teaching of His finished work – John 19:30. We should not engage to preach or teach it otherwise we are out of the Gospel of Grace to other Gospel – Gal 1:6.
No manipulation of any kind or threatening people either to give in the name of giving to God or worship anyone. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. Heb 12:2 – Let no man, therefore, judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of a holiday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. – Col 2:16-17
Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. 2 Cor 9:7
The problem today is that a lot of people are looking unto their Papa or Pastor, Bishop, etc instead of looking unto Jesus – Heb 12:2. They have been cut off from Christ and attached to their pastors, Papa, and Bishops, etc., in fact, it is so bad that some pray to the God of their pastor. What a pity that you don’t have a God! But you serve a borrowed God. What of if your Pastor or Papa is not serving the same God as you may think? Then what happens to your prayer?
That was not the reason why Jesus died. He died to have sole access to you and me. He wants direct access to Him he took away the wall of partition – Eph 2:14 – For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Halleluyah! He said in 2 Corinthians 6:17-18 (KJV) Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
Galatians 4:6-7 (KJV) – And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
Romans 8:14-15 (KJV) – For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
1 John 3:1-2 (KJV) – Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. Halleluyah! This is the finished work of Christ and we are the beneficiary by Faith. Glory to Him alone forever. Amen
Everything is not about sowing seeds
The kind of teachings we hear today has made us believe everything is about sowing seeds. What? God who saved you without asking you to pay anything will need nothing from you to give you all he had saved you to enjoy freely? What?
Romans 8:32-35 (KJV) says “He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?” Who shall lay anything to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justified. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Stop paying for what Christ has already paid for. Stop doing again what He had already finished, stop suffering for what he had already suffered for. In the gospel of Christ, it is all about walking in the finished work. Halleluyah! I know you did not know and that is why I have to preach it to you right ok!
I pray your eyes of understanding will open so as to know things that are freely given to you and begin to enjoy them all. 1 Corinthians 2:12 (KJV) Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Until we preach Christ there will be no peace for He is our peace – Eph 2:14. He will only send people to preach peace – Romans 10:15 (Read from 8-15). Verse 15 says “And how shall they preach, except they are sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!”
Until we preach the gospel of Grace we shall run life without power – Romans 1:16. For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
A lot of people think the power is in prayer or fasting or sowing seeds, Anointing oil as it is called or communion, etc. And therefore concentrate their effort on engaging them. But that is not true. Check the gospel scriptures that was not preached and was not the system. It is the faith that was preached, either by Jesus and his disciples. I mean Faith in Christ that is the only requirement to work wonders and enjoy the peace and rest of Christ in his finished work.
This Faith comes by hearing about Jesus (the Truth) – Rom 10:8-17 / 1 John 5:4, Mk 11:22-24, Mk 9:23, John 14:12, John 11:40. No wonder a lot of people are frustrated despite tithing, fasting, sowing seeds, drinking or applying oil, handkerchief application and different deliverance services attended, etc. Simply because the power of God is no more residing in material things or places, it is in the believers –
Acts 17:23-25 (KJV) – For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom, therefore, ye ignorantly worship, he declares I unto you. God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; Neither is worshipped with men’s hands, as though he needed anything, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;
1 Corinthians 3:16 (KJV) – Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
1 John 3:24 (KJV) – And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
That is why the word of God says where two or three are gathered, God is with them or is in the midst of them. It is not a prayer point that Lord now we are two and or three come down and fellowship with us No! NO! You don’t need such prayer as you gather you just star your fellowship because you came with him on your inside.
If two people that are not saved gather and pray for him to fellowship with them or come down it will never happen because they do not have him inside of them. Meaning they are not the temple (house or residence) of the Lord.
To conclude this teaching let me summarize it under this heading:
If it is the GOSPEL of Jesus Christ it MUST
1. Point the people or the hearer to Jesus and Jesus alone
Hebrews 12:2 (KJV) – Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. Paul said in Ephesians 2 verse 8 that “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:” – Rom 3:22, Gal 2:16, Gal 3:22, Re 14:12, Eph 3:12
2. It must not grant liberty to do wrong things against God.
I have heard some people saying sin is dead, no more sin, Jesus killed or removed sin from the world when He died that now believer can do anything grace covers it. My friend, if you believe such evil Antichrist gospel and you follow that, you will be used as a plank of fire wood to make a fire in hell if there is a need for firewood there. What I am saying is this you will find yourself in hellfire.
Either you believe it or not hellfire is real. If you check the scripture you will not see teaching that sin is dead but you will see it that we as the believers on Christ Jesus are dead to sin – Romans 6:2 – God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
Romans 8:1-2 (KJV) – There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
It simply means that sin will not have dominion over us anymore. Rom 6:14 – For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law but under grace. Meaning Sin exists, but we are to run overcome it. Avoid it by the leading of the Holy Spirit. The emphasis on the scripture above is on the leading of the Holy Spirit
Romans 6:11 – Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
It is about yielding yourself. Who have you yielded yourself to? That is the question here? But the truth is that you are dead to sin and because of that sin have no dominion over you anymore. So do not yield yourself to sin, stay under the grace –
Romans 6:14-16 (KJV) For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law but under grace. What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death or of obedience unto righteousness?
What I am saying here is very simple. I mean Grace is not a permission to commit sin. That is a disgrace, not grace ok! Because I have heard some challenging me that “Are you one of them preaching to people to commit sin, that grace covers them”. Hear this: Grace of Jesus Christ will make you stay righteous and never to commit sin. If any grace makes you commit sin then I am very sorry that it is a disgrace you have not grace. Or it is man’s grace you have received not the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ that we preach and believe.
Paul’s said to Titus that grace teaches us to say no to sin. Titus 2:11-12 (KJV) For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
Gospel of Jesus Christ must not permit or encourage SIN – Gal 1:13/ Jude 1:4/ 1 Cor 8:9 / 1 Peter 2:16
Paul said in Romans 6:18. Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
3. Not infringe on the liberty that the believers have in Christ Jesus
Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage – Gal 5:1
And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage: – Gal 2:4
Believers are given the spirit of Christ which is the spirit of Liberty to lead them so that they can enjoy the freedom and Blessings in Christ. The gospel of Christ will not violate or hinder the move of the Holy Spirit in the life of the hearer. Gal 4:5-7, Rom 8:14, Gal 5:18
Believers have right to give whatever they are led to give, pray as they are led, fast when they are led just as Jesus fasted but was led by the Holy spirit – Mathew 4:1. Our work is to help believers to come into a glorious relationship with the Holy Spirit – Rom 8:11, verse 14 says those who are led by the Holy Spirit are the children of God, Verse 26-27 Says it is the same Spirit that leads y=us to pay a prayer that will attract hundred percent answer.
That was the gift of the God through Christ Jesus to every believer and it is the evidence that God through Christ Jesus lives on our inside. – 1 John 3:24, John 16:7 -14. The Holy Spirit will never mislead anyone. He empowers believer through the Grace in Christ Jesus. Halleluyah. The benefit of being a Christian is maximized when a believer can trust and walk through the leading of the Holy Spirit.
4. Must be validated in the New Testament.
The Gospel of Grace is WORD of Christ Based not Book of the law Based – Isaiah 8: 20 says “To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them”.
Please know that there are differences between the Old Testament and the New Testament and the differences are too many. The gap is too wide that we cannot ignore it.
Jesus did not come to pass the Old Testament as a bill or approve it. He came to fulfill it – Mathew 5:17-18. Think not that I am come to destroy the law or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. 18 For verily I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Meaning he paid for it. Meaning he did all the demands of the testament so that we are not meant to follow that anymore. Paul said we are ministers of the New Testament not of Old – 2 Corinthians 3:6.
New Testament has life and that is our life in Christ Jesus but the Old Testament does not because Christ was not revealed in it but Concealed. John 6:63, John 5:37-40 – And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time nor seen his shape.
38 And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not. 39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. 40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.
Whatever is read in the Old Testament must be re-validated in the New Testament before you can preach it under the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ the gospel of Grace that saves, delivers and sets free without paying anything or any other requirement.
5. Allow The People of God to be Spirit-led
The Gospel of Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ must allow individuals to be led by the Holy Spirit. A pastor should not be angry if He says something and the members did not follow it simply because they could not confirm it in their spirit to do it.
We are self-dependent with the Holy Spirit, but the Holy Spirit speaking through a pastor to the members will have the same confirmation within the members when they check it out in pray or engage a Spirit search because it is the same Spirit.
Everything in this Kingdom must be as led by the spirit. Our giving, services, and prayer including fasting and all others as you may think or remember must be spirit led if it is part of the gospel system. It is only when you are spirit led in whatever you have done that you can be sure of reward.
No wonder a lot of people have given a certain amount of money or other items and they became frustrated when there was no result as they were told or expected. The answer is here as I have been discussing, they were not led by the Holy Spirit but led by whosoever manipulate or instructed them to give it. – John 14:26, John 16:7-14, Gal 5:18, Rom 8:16-25, 2 Cor 5:5, Gal 4:6, Rom 8:15, 2 Tim 1:7, 1 John 3: 22 -24. 24
6. Be Based on the Finished Work of Christ Jesus
Promote enjoying the suffering or the finished work of Christ and not promoting suffering again to enjoy the good things of life – Luke 24:26 / 1 Peter 1:11 / 2 Cor 8:9.
The message is Christ Jesus. That is the Gospel of His Grace and it is all about how Christ so loved the world and gave Himself to make us enjoy His own life. Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the Day of Judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. 1 John 4:17,
Stay blessed forever in Jesus name.
